Seenprice is a free community platform that lets its members share, rate and comment on deals and promotions, primarily for the United Kingdom market. Using the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of use.

2. Access and account creation

Access to the site is open and free. Some features — posting a deal, voting, commenting, setting alerts — do require an account.

On registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Seenprice reserves the right to suspend or delete an account where these terms are not respected.

3. Posting rules

By posting on Seenprice, the user undertakes to follow these rules:

  • Reliability: posted deals must be real, verifiable, and carry a direct link to the offer while it is online.
  • Respect: comments must be courteous and constructive. Any defamatory, abusive, racist, sexist or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.
  • No solicitation: posting personal affiliate links or content for self-promotion is prohibited.

The administrators of Seenprice reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove any content that does not follow these rules, without notice.

4. Liability

Seenprice acts as a host for content posted by its users. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, availability or evolution of the offers shared on the site — price changes, stock-outs, cancellation by the merchant.

Transactions take place directly between the user and the third-party merchant. Seenprice plays no part in the sale and cannot be held responsible for a dispute with a merchant.

5. External links

The site contains links to third-party merchant sites. Seenprice exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Changes to these terms

Seenprice reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by a notice on the site or by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by le droit anglais. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's registered office.
