Personal data collected on the Seenprice platform is processed by the Seenprice team. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@dealy.ma.
2. Data collected
When you register or use the site, we may collect the following data:
- Identification details: email address, username, profile picture where supplied by a third-party service.
- Browsing data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages viewed, interactions with deals — votes, comments, clicks.
- Location data: only if you allow it, so we can show you local deals near you.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected for the following purposes:
- Providing the service: creating your account, posting deals, taking part in the community.
- Personalisation: showing local or relevant deals, managing your alerts and preferences.
- Continuous improvement: traffic analysis, using privacy-respecting analytics cookies, to improve the site.
- Security: preventing fraud and abuse, and securing your access.
4. Recipients and data transfers
Your personal data is strictly confidential. It is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
It is shared only with our technical subprocessors — Supabase for authentication and the database, Vercel for hosting — strictly for the delivery of our services. These providers offer security guarantees meeting international standards.
5. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as the purposes above require:
- Account data: until you delete your account, or after three years of inactivity.
- Browsing data: thirteen months at most.
6. Your rights
In accordance with l'UK GDPR et le Data Protection Act 2018, you have full control over your data. You have the right:
